She was a professional dancer, she was an actress in Hollywood for more than two decades, she worked with icons such as Prince and starred in numerous television shows. And in 1997 while working on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Robia Scott accepted Christ. Shortly after she walked away from her career in the entertainment industry to pursue God and follow a call into full-time ministry.

She’s written books, taught at events, and travelled the country speaking… but it was the movie Unplanned, that got Scott back on the big screen. It has been 13 years since she’s done a film but Unplanned aligned with so much of what she is all about.

Robia Scott as Cheryl in “Unplanned”

Unplanned is the Abby Johnson story. It’s about one of the youngest Planned Parenthood Clinic Directors who was involved in upwards of 22,000 abortions until she watched an abortion and saw the baby actually responding to what it was going through and it changed her forever. She now speaks against abortion and the organization.

We talk with Scott about her story, her return and why this film is so important.
