Welcome to a new way to experience the word of God in your daily life. Alabaster’s journey started in 2016 with the Bible. They integrate visual imagery and thoughtful design into different books of the Bible because they believe in the divine inspiration, trustworthiness, and authority of the Bible—and so they bring this into everything they make and do. They know that the story of God is beautiful, and therefore created a beautiful reading experience. Alabaster’s hope is that your experience with God will deepen.

The brand recreates the writings into aesthetically pleasing art books with vivid imagery and modern designs to encourage you to incorporate the readings into your regular routines. Beauty has to do with aesthetics and art, but it also goes beyond that. To experience a beautiful life means to integrate the qualities of beauty into every aspect of our faith lives: our spiritual practices, daily livings, callings, creative works, missions, and collective futures.

Some of our favorites include the Gospels Hardcover — all four Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) in one 480-page book, hardcover smyth-sewn bound, and printed in full color on uncoated paper in Canada. Of course we love that you Build Your Own Bundle of Bible books in either hardcover or soft. We support causes locally, like PS Arts, an organization dedicated to providing arts education to underserved communities in our hometown of Los Angeles, and globally, like Hope International, an organization that invests in the creative dreams of families in the world’s underserved communities as they proclaim and live the Gospel. During the start of the pandemic, we donated 100 percent of proceeds from one of our books to those on the front lines fighting the coronavirus.”
