He was our cover story last Fall and Golden Globe Nominee David Oyelowo has showed no signs of slowing. In his latest project he stars as missionary Robert Katende in Disney’s new film “Queen of Katwe.” It is about a young girl from the streets of Uganda that becomes their country’s chess champion. Oyelowo shares about the real man his portrays on screen, his daughter, and why the attribute he admires most in human beings is self sacrifice.
