Kristin Chenoweth: Working From Home For “The Witches”
From Risen Cover Girl (which at the time was for voicing a mouse too, in The Star!) to Animated Mouse in Roald Dahl’s The Witches.
We all know, and love, Kristin Chenoweth as Glinda the GOOD Witch in Broadway’s Wicked, so we were thrilled to see she was not a child-hating witch in the Robert Zemeckis feature but rather a friendly mouse.
We talked with Chenoweth about voicing her character from her closet — yes! because of quarantine she too had to turn her home, er closet, into an office, or in this case a sound proof room for voiceover work.

The Witches is now streaming on HBO Max.
