The Real John Smith: Inspiring True Story Behind the Movie “Breakthrough”

At just 14-years-old, John Smith fell through the ice and was without a pulse for almost an hour, yet made a full recovery through the power of prayer. Now, still a teenager, at 19 years of age, Smith has embraced the platform God has given him and is excited about what the future has to hold.

We talked with Smith about his story being told on the big screen, his relationship with his family, and navigating this situation in the most formative years of life.
